An-Najah News - Israeli occupation forces used violence against Palestinian protesters during anti-annexation demonstrations in in Kofr Qaddum village , east of Qalqiliya city, and in Turmus Ayya town, north of Ramallah injuring tens of protestors, said Palestinian sources.
Murad Ishtiwi, coordinator of the Local Popular Resistance said that Israeli troops opened fire towards protestors marching against Israel’s illegal move to annex pland and sezing villagers lands to build settlements in the West Bank, hitting a 23-year-old protestor with a rubber-coated steel bullet in the foot and causing dozens others to suffocate from tear gas inhalation.

Mayor of Turmus Ayya Seed Taleb said that Israeli troops opened fired towards peaceful protestors marching against Israel’s illegal move to seize large swaths of their land to make room for the expansion of settlements, injuring five protestors with rubber-coated steel bullets in their feet and causing tens to suffer from tear gas.
He added that Israeli forces seized 3500 dunams of the villagers’ farmland, known as the Eastern Plain, and set up several tents on them as a prelude for the construction of a colonial settlement outpost several months ago.
The Health Ministry confirmed that a Palestinian paramedic was hit in his face with tear gas canister fired by occupation troops causing fractures in his face pones . He was rushed to a hospital in Ramallah, where medics described his condition as stable.
