An-Najah News - An Australian man was subjected to an attempted murder by a fierce and highly toxic snake, which suddenly appeared in a truck he was driving on a highway, before he killed it.

Cameras attached to the police car documented the incident, as police chased the truck the man was driving in Queensland, Australia, after they noticed that he was moving very quickly on a crowded street.

The driver said he was defending himself, which was threatened by the eastern brown snake, known to be one of the most toxic snakes in the world.

He managed, according to the police report, to kill the snake, using his seat belt and a knife next to him.

Due to his difficult situation, the policemen decided not to give him a speeding ticket, and called for ambulance to transfer him quickly to the hospital.
