An-Najah News - Nablus - Dozens in Taibeh (a Palestinian town in the occupied Palestinian territory) residents organized a protest on the main street (the bridge junction) in the city, to demand an end to the murders of women in the Arab towns of the occupied Palestinian territory.

 

The demonstration was organized for the murder of Wafaa Gohar Masarweh, 40, who was killed by her husband in a stabbing attack inside their home, and expressed their solidarity with the child of the victim, who came out screaming for help immediately after the crime occurred.

 

The town has witnessed 3 murders since the beginning of this year, Tammam Jabali (84 years), Nisreen Jabara (36 years) and Wafa Jawhar Masarweh (40 years), as well as 5 other women in other murders in the Arab community since the beginning of the year.

 

The total number of victims of murder, the majority of which were carried out with gunfire in Arab towns, reached 43 since the beginning of this year.
