An-Najah News -  A Palestinian 45-year-old woman from the district of Hebron has died from COVID-19 this morning bringing the total coronavirus-related death toll in Palestine to eight, said Health Minister Mai Alkaila.

Alkaila added that 97 new cases were confirmed in the West Bank, bringing the total cases to 2345, Monday including 11 patients reported in critical case and no respirators in West Bank hospitals, tow of them announced Today.   

The 97 new cases were confirmed mainly in the Hebron district, where 52 cases were reported, in addition to 27 in Bethlehem district, five in Nablus area, six in Izzariyeh, east of Jerusalem, two in Ramallah area, and one in each Tulkarm, Qalqilya, Jenin, Salfit, and Jericho.

The new cases brought the overall total of coronavirus cases in Palestine since early March to 2345 .
