An-Najah News - According to local witnesses,Israeli occupation forces demolished today four houses under construction in the Arab town of Tira in Israel, under the pretext that they were being built without a permit.

Ocupation police accompanied by bulldozers raided the town and closed all roads leading the targeted houses, which belong to the Palestinian family of Khuffash, before embarking on the demolition.

Houses and structures in the Arab cities and towns in Israel are a frequent target for demolitions as Israeli occupation makes it very difficult for Arab citizens to obtain building permits.

Currently, thousands of Palestinian-owned homes in Israel are scheduled for demolition, with many accusing the government of selectively carrying out demolitions in Israel’s Arab communities
