An-Najah News - A recent medical study revealed that people who have received measles vaccinations are less likely to die and suffer from serious symptoms caused by infection with the COVID-19 virus.

The scientists explained that they have noticed this on the various age groups that have been infected with the virus, in many countries of the world.

The researchers also emphasized that countries that are committed to giving these vaccines in their health programmes to people of advanced age are recording a decrease in the Corona virus death rate.

They pointed out that the reason for this is due to the approval of giving measles vaccination in the stages of childhood and adolescence, and not only in childhood.

 These countries include North Korea, Turkmenistan, Cook Islands, Marshall Islands, Solomon Islands, Libya, Oman, Nepal, Vietnam, and other countries that adopt this theory.

The researchers also talked about the Chinese city of Hong Kong, explaining that this is the reason why it only records 4 deaths with the Corona virus, even though China is the epicenter of the pandemic.

They pointed out that the failure of the measles vaccination system in Italy is the main reason behind the largest number of deaths from the virus on the continent of Europe.
