An-Najah News - The human development and self-development expert, Dr. Hassan Al-Muzain, affirmed that a person can adapt to conditions and crises, and even the virus itself develops where it can change to resist and transmit, and those who refuse to adapt and reject change will have a difficult life, unlike those who adapt themselves to circumstances.
No matter how long the corona crisis continues, it will not exceed months, which is a short time of a person’s life.
“The issue should not be viewed as permanent and we must ask ourselves questions such as what do we do? How do we benefit from this period? And a person should not view this period as a harsh and boring period, therefore we must adapt and accept reality and thus change to be effective and productive in this period,” he said.
And his advice for the month of Ramadan, he stressed the need to change our perception that we are living as victims, and we must believe that we are not victims and we shall start dealing with everything as an opportunity, and it is possible in Ramadan that we arrange a daily schedule that includes waking up, sleeping, hours of prayer, reading the Qur’an and interdependence, and feeling with each other with anticipation And joy.
