An-Najah News - President Mahmoud Abbas stressed that the leadership had two options in light of the corona crisis, either to impose strict measures or to lose our people, adding: “And we will do everything without losing our people.”

The President continued, during his presidency of the Council of Ministers meeting today, Monday: “I directed the government to provide everything necessary for our people in Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip,” in light of this crisis and we were directed to ease measures on citizens that do not harm their health.

“We have warned the US and Israeli governments against annexing any part of our lands, and continuing the policy of annexation and settlement expansion,” he added.

The President also praised the concerted efforts with civil society and organizations to confront the Corona virus.
